We are proud to announce that NCWIT (National Center for Women and Information Technology) has selected the University of Pittsburgh's Women in Computer Science (WiCS) group to receive a 2015 NCWIT Student Seed Fund award sponsored by Symantec. WiCS has been awarded $1,000 to support She Innovates, Pitt's first all-women's hackathon. Congratulations to WiCS!

Sponsored by Hewlett-Packard, the NCWIT Collegiate Award honors outstanding undergraduate women for their computing and technical accomplishments. Awardees will receive a $7,500 cash award and a trip to the award ceremony at the 2015 NCWIT Summit in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
