The Class of 2023 from the School of Computing and Information (SCI)’s Department of Computer Science celebrated their accomplishments and looked towards the future during their recognition ceremony in Sennott Square on April 21, 2023.
Nearly 50 students attended this ceremony, and about 148 students applied to graduate this term. Both undergraduate and graduate students were recognized for their hard work; represented programs included computer science, computational biology, and data science. Students, family, and friends were welcomed by Dr. Daniel Mossé (interim chair) and were recognized by degrees by Dr. Mossé, Dr. John Ramirez (director of undergraduate programs), and Dr. Alex Labrinidis (professor).
