Dean Search: School of Computing and Information

On October 28, 2016 the Board of Trustees at the University of Pittsburgh approved the establishment of a new School of Computing and Information, which will begin operation in the summer of 2017. The University issued a press release, and a video about the new School. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette also ran an article.

Pitt is currently engaged in a search for the founding Dean of the new School of Computing and Information and encourages all interested parties to review the information below.

Open Forum

The committee will hold an Open Forum meeting to allow members of the Pitt community to provide input into the search process. The Open Forum will take place on Tuesday, September 13, beginning at 4:00 p.m. in the Auditorium on the seventh floor of Alumni Hall.
