About me
I'm a Ph.D. student with the Department of Computer Science at the University of Pittsburgh, as of August 2015. My research interest lies in distributed sparse data structures and algorithms for graph analytics and deep learning.

- August 26, 2020: Our paper titled "Studying the Effects of Hashing of Sparse Deep Neural Networks on Data and Model Parallelisms" got accepted to the IEEE HPEC 2020.
- August 6, 2020: Our paper titled "Accelerating Distributed Inference of Sparse Deep Neural Networks via Mitigating the Straggler Effect" got accepted to the IEEE HPEC 2020.

- April 27, 2018: I cleared my comprehensive exam on Systems and Methods for Exascale Graph Processing.
- November 02, 2017: I am serving as a guest editor for special issue on Soft Computing for Optimization in Complex Systems in Hindawi Journal of Optimization.
- September 14, 2017: Our paper titled "Learning Automata Clustering" got accepted to the Journal of Computational Science.
- April 25, 2017: Our paper "Harvesting Underutilized Resources to Improve Responsiveness and Tolerance to Crash and Silent Faults for Data-Intensive Applications" got accepted to the IEEE CLOUD 2017.
- March 24, 2017: Our paper won the graduate research award (1st place) at the PITT CS Day 2017.
