For those graduating in April:

There will be two commencement ceremonies – University Commencement and the SCI Undergrad Spring Ceremony.

University Commencement will be Sunday, April 29th, at 1pm. You can find full details at the official Pitt Commencement website. Please note that academic regalia is required to participate in University Commencement. Additionally, if you’re a CS Arts and Sciences student, you will line up and sit in the Arts and Sciences section, but if you’re an SCI student, you will line up and sit in the SCI section.

The SCI Undergrad Spring Ceremony will be on Saturday, April 28th, at 6pm on the top floor of the Twentieth Century Club. This ceremony is open to all CS and IS students who are graduating, regardless of which school you are affiliated with. Please RSVP if you plan to attend.

A note for CS and IS undergrad students graduating in Summer 2018: we will have an SCI ceremony for you in the summer (the exact date/time of the ceremony is TBD, but it will most likely be held the last Friday in July around 5:30 p.m.).  However, we recognize that many of you travel during the summer and cannot attend the summer recognition ceremony, so you are welcome to RSVP for the SCI Spring Ceremony and attend that one instead.
